Overview
As the development of national economy, electric loads used in enterprise and home are increasing in large amount. Power plants are relative less in the center of national power grid load. Long distance transmission is common. Voltage pulsation and reactive adjustment became two important elements. Transformer station voltage reactive combination control system is designed to improve power supply quality. This high-technology equipment can reduce line loss, increases power supply quality and economic benefit of power supply enterprise.
Principle and application
HTVQ series Transformer station voltage reactive combination control system is suitable for 35~220KV transformer station, 6KV、10KV or35KV electrified wire netting. According to the requirement of bus bar voltage and reactive power, this equipment adjusts transformer on load tapping and self-tracking switches parallel capacitor bank automatically. So it controls transformer station voltage and reactive, make sure power supply voltage and power factor meet the expected need.
HTVQ series adopts twelve area diagram fuzzy control algorithm which is better than traditional nine area diagram. Upper and lower limit of voltage is in acceptability limit. Upper and lower limit of reactive is calculated according to capacitor’s capacity and idea power factor. Consider about variation value caused by switching capacitor and regulating tapping, fuzzy control method is the best choice. It adjusts capacitor bank’s switching and transformer’s tapping lest when it adjusts transformer station voltage and reactive adjusting precious highest.
System function
● This equipment can control six capacitor bank units in two bus bars and two main on-load tap-changers simultaneously.
● According to voltage, reactive power and ideal power factor, it can switch capacitor bank and adjust transformer tap-changer automatically. Power factor and voltage can meet expected requirement.
Four work methods of telecontrol choose and auto control
● It distinguishes different serving methods of transformer substation after receiving auxiliary contact signal of master switch and entering bus bar incoming line bar coupler.
● It can distinguish automatically and display information of tap-changer switch gear. Its protect foundation includes rejecting act, gear sliding and gear shifting reverse alarm blocking and so on.
● It can display main transformer’s low-side voltage, current, power factor and capacitor switching statement.
● According to compensating capacity, it can be divided into maximum 6 units and switch equal capacitor circular. One capacitor bank won’t switch again within discharge time.
● Quick switching foundation is designed for steel corporation and mine which have great load changes.
● Perfect protect foundation:

(5)Error blocking protect foundation can isolate error unit automatically so other capacitor bank won’t be affected.
● It has RS485、 RS232 and RS42 communicate interfaces to be on-line with transformer automatic scheduling terminal. “four remote control” needs unattended operation.
● Various percent reactors can limit switching on inrush current and upper harmonic, improve voltage wave form. 0.1~1% reactor is used to limit switching inrush current; 4.5~6% reactor is used to limit fifth and upper harmonic; 12~13% reactor is used to limit third and upper harmonic.
